The History of Speer Associates:

With an initial dual focus on workplace violence prevention and independent investigative services, Speer Associates was established in the mid-1990's to provide a niche, well-honed expertise in those emerging specialty areas. Since its founding, the firm has expanded to provide a complement of niche services with a singular mission: to meet a growing need for specialized services to help employers effectively and proactively manage a complex array of employment-related issues, with a focus on employee misconduct and internal complaint resolution.

As a specialty firm, we approach an organization's employment law and employee relations needs from several vantage points. As counselors and legal advisors, we forge productive partnerships with clients to help tackle problems that can swiftly derail productivity and morale. As independent investigators, we provide an unbiased assessment of suspected misconduct, which enables an employer to embark on informed decision-making and constructive problem-solving.
